Recently, in response to a customer request, we developed an 8-point synchronous lifting system—a customized solution designed to address operational challenges.

This system utilizes a PLC control system to regulate motor speed, enabling precise adjustment of the oil pump’s flow rate. Combined with advanced electronic control components and a high-precision pressure detection system, it allows users to control the lifting and lowering speeds of the jacks via manual shut-off valves, thereby achieving synchronized lifting and lowering across all eight points.

It consists of a hydraulic power source, an electro-hydraulic control system, and eight displacement detection devices. The hydraulic power source comprises one integrated electro-hydraulic pump unit, one PLC control unit, and one electrical control system. The electrical control system consists of an operator console, motors, drives, and a display screen.

Key Feature

The system employs a PLC control mode to achieve fully automatic operation; all start and stop operations are performed via the touchscreen. The screen clearly displays pressure readings, accurately reflecting real-time pressure changes, making it convenient for on-site use.

 

Administrator access to the touchscreen allows users to view the device's operating status but not to operate it. Operator access permits only starting, stopping, and modifying basic parameters; all other operations require engineer access. Administrator access is activated by entering a password; if the password is entered incorrectly, the touchscreen is locked.

 

The system automatically maintains pressure and performs automatic pressure compensation. When the pressure rises to the set value, the pump station stops running and maintains the pressure for an extended period. When the pressure drops to the value set for the pressure maintenance hysteresis, the pump automatically starts to increase the pressure back to the set value until pressure relief is required. The pressure maintenance level is adjustable.

The pressure curve and pressure readings are displayed in real time on the touchscreen.

Pressure readings are available at the control cabinet, touchscreen, and distributor; each outlet pipe of the distributor is equipped with a manual shut-off valve and a pressure gauge.

The control cabinet is equipped with four casters on the bottom for easy mobility. The casters feature a self-locking mechanism, ensuring a sturdy construction and reliable performance.

From design and component selection to production, assembly, and commissioning, we maintain strict control over every stage of the process to ensure that the system’s synchronization accuracy, load capacity, and safety performance meet our customers’ expectations. The synchronization error across the eight lifting points is kept within a high-precision range, enabling real-time control of stroke and load. Additionally, the system is equipped with a comprehensive alarm mechanism to ensure operational safety and stability in every aspect.
